Secure your spot, and you’ll get all-access passes to our insightful sessions, available to both our virtual and in-person audience. If you decide to join us face-to-face, we have a couple of extra perks for you—lunch on both conference days and an invite to our exclusive conference receptions. You read that right: food, fun, and e-discovery all rolled into one experience!

Email Domain Matters

We encourage you to register using a business, government, or academic email address. This helps us maintain a professional and secure environment for everyone involved. The email you provide will serve as your key to unlock our Event web and mobile app, so choose wisely!

How to Register?

Select your registration type and complete the registration form. Trust us; it’s as simple as that! You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of registration.

Only registered attendees will have access to the Event platform.

Registration Fees

  • In-person Attendance (Corporate, Law Firm, or Software/Service Provider)
    • Early bird until December 31, 2023:  $199.00
    • Standard fee from January 1, 2024 to February 25, 2024:  $249.00
  • In-Person Attendance (Students/Professors, Judicial Officers & Staff, Government Employees):  Free!
  • Virtual Attendance:  Also Free!

 

Event Access
For the 11th Annual UF Law E-discovery Conference, we will again be using Whova as our web and mobile app to centralize all conference components—polling, attendee rosters, sponsors, exhibitors, and more. Access will be provided two weeks before the conference.

In-Person

For Corporate, Law Firm and Service/Tech Providers

Includes:

  • 3-Month Post event access to platform
  • Lunch on both days
  • Networking Reception

In-Person

For Students, Government and Judiciary

Includes:

  • 3-Month Post event access to platform
  • Lunch on both days
  • Networking Reception

 

Virtual

For all attendees participating online through web or mobile app and will not be participating in-person

Includes:

  • 3-Month Post event access to platform
